Article on Apostles
I just came across this article from Leadership Journal published in 2008. It's called "Apostles Today?". I thought it is interesting enough to pass on here for any interested.
The author quotes several pastors and church leaders and gives fairly practical examples of how an apostle might function.

I found a a booklet called Resketching the Church that sketches APEST but I don't remember from which website I downloaded it.
I just Googled the booklet and found it at Shapevine as a free download
